Qualifications

• Ability to work overnight shifts and remain alert and focused.
• Previous Front Office, Night Audit, or Accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with numbers and reconciliation accuracy.
• Proficient in Windows applications; PMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly front office operations and balance daily revenue and guest ledger activity.
• Verify and reconcile room charges, payments, postings, and adjustments for accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute daily management and financial reports.
• Complete backups, roll the business date, and update front office systems.
• Maintain logs of overnight activity and ensure smooth handover to morning leadership.
• Ensure guest safety and security overnight and respond to inquiries professionally.
