Job Overview

We are looking for a warm, welcoming, articulate Night Auditor to ensure smooth operation of the overnight shift (11pm–7am) and to provide guests with a relaxing and effortless experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front‑office operations and ensure all processes run smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests during the night shift.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and perform night‑time audits.
• Work collaboratively with the day‑time team during shift handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel or customer service operations.
• Passionate about guest service and hotel operations.
• Strong multitasking, detail‑oriented, and a team player.
• Flexible and willing to work the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.

Compensation

$32.00 per hour.
