About the Role

As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting members/guests and assisting with questions or concerns during check-in.
• Promoting our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance, and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolving member concerns and escalating to a Manager as needed.
• Answering phones and assisting callers.
• Performing membership functions such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing.
• Conducting prospective member calls and tours.
• Executing retail transactions and driving sales.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all club areas and equipment.
• Addressing safety and cleanliness concerns promptly.
• Reporting maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided).
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the club during shift.
• Communicating in person or on the phone.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Encountering chemicals and performing cleaning tasks.
• Moving, bending, and twisting as needed.
