Position: Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate, you will work at exclusive addresses, serving as the first point of contact for residents and guests. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Warmly welcome residents and guests, monitor the lobby, and handle incoming calls, requests, and deliveries.
  2. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and residents.
  3. Manage deliveries, contractor visits, and property access following specific protocols.
  4. Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries.
  5. Maintain a professional appearance in the provided uniform.
  6. Engage positively with residents to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications and Preferences
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Welcoming demeanor with good eye contact.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
