Job summary

Homewood Suites in Franklin, TN is seeking a responsible Night Auditor to join the Front Office team. This overnight role blends guest service with accounting, ensuring a secure close of the day’s financial activity and accurate balances.

You will balance cash, input revenue and expenses, and generate daily reports while assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and service requests, including room changes and late stays.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 6–12 months of related experience.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, and credit card batches.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system and generate daily reports.
• Handle check-ins/outs, room scheduling, moves, late checkouts, and guest requests.
• Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities.
