As a Reach Lift Operator, you will use a piece of equipment called a Reach Lift to move products within the warehouse. It is designed to work in narrow aisles, allowing operators to reach high shelves while maintaining stability. These lifts are ideal for storing and retrieving goods from elevated storage spaces, offering enhanced maneuverability compared to traditional forklifts. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring products are readily available for various teams within the warehouse.
Starting pay rate of $23.25/hr + $2.00/hr Freezer Differential + $1.25/hr Shift Differential
Schedule: Wednesday- Friday 5:00PM- 5:30AM (Plus OT day)
Onsite Role: This position requires the associate to perform all duties at one of our UNFI locations, such as a distribution center or office.
UNFI anticipates paying the above‑referenced pay rate (or within the above‑referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
