Job summary

Rug Doctor, LLC is hiring a full-time Area Service Representative (ASR) to provide product delivery, display service, and top-tier customer support across assigned retail locations. The role includes maintaining and inspecting rental displays and equipment, with overnight travel of one night per week as needed.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who work well independently, communicate effectively, and can manage daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Meet physical requirements - lift up to 50lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates – hot, cold, etc.
• Ability to drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in a day.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery of products and service of display/equipment at multiple retail locations.
• Maintain rental display cleanliness, stocking and maintenance.
• Inspect, clean and service rental machines on route stops.
• Travel overnight, 1 night per week, as needed.
• Deliver superior customer service to established retail accounts.
