Job summary

DPAC is seeking a Facility Operations Technician for the overnight, part‑time shift to support facilities and events from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The role emphasizes supervising cleaning staff, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety and readiness of the venue for performances.

Responsibilities

Pre‑event preparation: set up tables/chairs, verify restroom cleanliness, unlock doors, turn on lights, walkthrough to open doors.
Oversee cleaning personnel to ensure thoroughness and address missed areas.
Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance, report major repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety and fire codes.
Provide exceptional guest service and assist with inquiries.
