Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance, coordinate preventative programs, and manage contractors to keep buildings and systems safe, efficient, and fully functional.
The Overnight shift from 11pm to 8am offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic maintenance team in a large casino environment. You will coordinate maintenance, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory inspections while delivering a premier guest experience and
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Three (3) years’ experience in leading or supervising facility maintenance staff.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance and regulatory inspections.
- Coach maintenance staff to develop skills for team member development.
- Operate the central utility plant including boilers, chillers, switchgear and generators.
- Coordinate small projects with other departments and vendors.
- Perform regular inspections and address needs with the team.
