University of Miami is seeking a Senior Facilities Operations Control Representative to ensure smooth facility operations and high-level service desk support. The role involves overnight work, rotating weekends, mentoring junior staff, and resolving complex operational issues.

You will manage data, respond to inquiries, and coordinate work orders to keep campus facilities running smoothly. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant

Responsibilities

• Enter, analyze data, and prepare reports for management review.
• Monitor alarm notifications and report findings to appropriate staff.
• Generate work orders from calls or emails received.
• Receive inquiries and respond with timely, accurate information.
• Facilitate work order control and dispatch Facilities technicians.
• Assist training of less experienced team members and maintain records.
• Support accident report forms and safeguard university assets.
• Escalate urgent or high-risk issues to the appropriate leader.
