Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper use.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the mission, vision, and values of WarHorse Gaming in daily operations.
• Supervise EVS attendants and porters, assigning duties and inspecting work for quality and compliance with standards.
• Conduct daily inspections of public spaces, offices, stairwells, hallways, and VIP areas.
• Ensure cleaning carts, supplies, and equipment are used properly and kept clean.
• Coordinate and inspect preventative maintenance and general cleaning projects.
• Submit and follow up on work orders with the Facilities Department.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings with EVS team members.
• Investigate guest or staff complaints related to EVS services and implement corrective action.
• Issue supplies and monitor usage for efficiency and cost control.
• Train and monitor new hires, ensuring safe and effective performance within regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and paperwork related to operations.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of departmental chemicals, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
