Insight Veterinary Wellness Center in El Dorado Hills seeks an Overnight ER Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative emergency team. You’ll manage complex cases, perform surgeries, and work with RVTs and nurses to deliver high-quality care.

Great autonomy, strong surgical caseload, and access to modern diagnostic tools accompany a structured night schedule. This role is part of VetnCare’s network, offering resources and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• A DVM or equivalent veterinary qualification with California licensure or eligibility.
• Two+ years of clinical experience preferred, emergency/urgent care preferred.
• Confidence in emergency case management, surgery and procedural interventions.
• Sound clinical judgment and decision-making under pressure.
• Clear, compassionate client and team communication.
• Collaborative overnight leadership with a calm clinical presence.
• Interest in exotics is welcome but not required.

Aufgaben

• Provide overnight ER care from presentation to diagnostics, treatment and inpatient management.
• Manage outpatient emergencies, critical patients and complex cases.
• Perform emergency procedures and surgeries alongside diagnostics and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with RVTs, veterinary assistants and nursing staff to maintain hospital flow.
• Contribute to continuous learning and case collaboration within Insight and VetnCare.
