Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a radiologic technologist to operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic radiographs per standards. The role includes patient services using imaging modalities and care for neonatal to geriatric patients.

Required qualifications include AMA/JRCERT-accredited training, no prior experience, and ARRT and BCLS certifications upon hire. This is an on-site position in Georgia.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or a JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
  • No work experience required.
  • ARRT certification and BCLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Operates radiologic equipment to produce clinical diagnostic radiographs according to established standards.
  • Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
  • Cares for patients across all ages: neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric.

Responsibilities:

Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Education
  • Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program Required

  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) Upon Hire Required and
