Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate radiologic equipment and perform diagnostic imaging according to standards. The role includes providing patient services and caring for patients across neonatal to geriatric populations.

Required qualifications include AMA/JRCERT accredited education, ARRT registration, and BCLS certification. No prior experience is needed for this entry-level opportunity in our imaging department.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
  • No experience required.
  • ARRT certification required upon hire.
  • BCLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.
  • Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
  • Provides patient care to all age groups including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric.
