Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a dedicated environmental services team member for third shift. The role involves thorough cleaning of patient care areas, restrooms, and public spaces, with adherence to safety and infection control guidelines.

You will work 40 hours per week, with an every-other-weekend rotation and holiday requirements. Prior experience and a high school diploma are preferred, and compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete cleaning of assigned areas including dusting, sanitizing, walls, floors and fixtures.
• Handles cleaning chemicals and disinfectants; may assist with outdoor cleaning and ladder use.
• Removes waste, restocks restrooms, and reports equipment failures to maintenance staff.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and adheres to infection control guidelines.
• Meets time schedules and deadlines consistently.
