BluePearl Pet Hospital in Langhorne, PA is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician for our Emergency department. This full-time role offers shifts including 4x10s or 3x12s, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified LVT/CVT/RVT/LVMT/VTS candidates.

Pay ranges from $21.00 to $43.00 per hour, commENSURATE with experience and advancement in our competency leveling system. We provide shift differentials for nights and weekends and offer comprehensive benefits, continuing education

Qualifications

• Responsible for emergency patient care in a fast-paced ED.
• Must be a team player with ability to triage and manage critical cases.
• Anesthesia training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage and obtain patient history.
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR.
• Place IV catheters and advanced lines.
• Monitor and care for ventilator cases.
• Collaborate with technicians and assistants to deliver advanced medicine to patients.

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Langhorne, PA is hiring a Veterinary Technician to work in our Emergency department!

Shift options include Wednesday‑Saturday (4×10‑hour shifts) or Thursday‑Saturday (3×12‑hour shifts).

Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified LVT, CVT, RVT, LVMT, or VTS!

Pay: $21.00 - $43.00 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.

We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends. Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum. For example:

• Mon - Fri: 6pm to 8am = $3.50 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.00 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $3.50 Shift Differential

As a n ER Technician, you will:

• Triage and obtain patient history
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
• Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
• Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases
• Work along side other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
• Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
• Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents
