Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of EHS or occupational safety experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Experience with inspections, observations, audits, and investigations.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and safety/compliance systems.
• Willingness to work a dedicated overnight schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site EHS resource during overnight hours.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and near-miss investigations.
• Work with supervisors to address safety concerns and reinforce safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA rules and company EHS policies.
• Support training, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
