Job summary

Miniso in Columbus, OH is seeking a Store Replenishment Team Member to ensure accurate and efficient replenishment of merchandise during non-operating hours, keeping stockrooms organized and prepared for the next business day.

This role supports store operations, assists customers on the floor, and collaborates with leadership to meet inventory and sales goals, including early morning starts and overnight shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, organize, and process merchandise shipments.
• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor based on inventory and demand.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, transfers, and shipments.
• Support sales associates by locating merchandise and maintaining product availability.
• Assist with visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Keep stockroom clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor.
• Follow loss prevention, safety, and inventory control policies.
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet goals.
• Report early for shipment processing, inventory, and store setup.
• Work varied schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights.
