Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Norfolk near ODU is seeking a PT Overnight Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental disabilities while offering flexibility and growth. This awake position features a 9:00 pm–7:00 am shift on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with paid training and opportunities through the Career Pathways program.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Satisfactory Criminal Background Check.
• Experience with activities of daily living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible.
• Provide care during overnight shifts and remain awake as required.
• Participate in required trainings and certifications for job readiness.
• Support individuals during community outings and daily activities.
