Support Services of Virginia is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Virginia Beach to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in residential settings. We are specifically hiring for overnight coverage from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

This full-time role offers starting pay of $14.50 per hour, with potential to reach $15.00 per hour after training and certification requirements, plus medical, dental, and life insurance coverage, paid vacation and holidays, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Proof of highest level of education is required.
• Criminal background, registry, and TB screenings required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED, Medicaid Waiver, and Direct Support Professional Core Competencies certifications required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Support Services of Virginia is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Virginia Beach to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in residential settings. We are specifically hiring for overnight coverage from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Virtual interviews and training are conducted through Zoom.

• Starting pay: $14.50 per hour
