Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, home health, DSP, or related roles preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
• Current CPR Card and Health Screening as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Ensure client safety and comfort throughout the night.
• Follow the care plan and document services provided.
• Monitor and document client status, interactions and behaviors.
