Qualifications

• Able to read and write proficiently in English.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current health screening in line with state regulations.
• Proof of PA caregiver qualifications (nurse license OR CNA OR approved home health aide program).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Ensure client safety and comfort overnight.
• Follow the care plan and document services provided.
• Promote client health, wellness and safety.
• Report abuse, neglect and concerns immediately.
• Support independence in daily living activities.
• Provide transportation as needed.
