Choice New York Companies is looking for a reliable Doorman/Porter for the overnight shift in a luxury building. The successful candidate will provide security, assist residents and guests, and maintain cleanliness throughout the building.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a doorman or porter in a luxury building preferred.

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the building.
• Assist residents with carrying packages and luggage.
• Perform regular patrols of the building.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Assist with receiving and delivering packages and mail.
• Report maintenance or repair issues.
