Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by applicable laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by enforcing site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and report as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Complete required reports, logs, and documentation related to access activity and shift operations.
