Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX seeks an Overnight Dishwasher to maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and support staff. You will ensure all dishware and equipment are cleaned, stored properly, and sanitation standards are met to maintain safety and guest satisfaction.

The role involves assisting kitchen staff, keeping the kitchen areas spotless, and contributing to a smooth operation while chefs and servers focus on delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of dishwashing/sanitation experience preferred.
• General food and beverage knowledge (1 year in BOH preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe workstation.
• Follow health department sanitation procedures.
• Thoroughly clean station at end of shift and complete assigned cleaning projects.
