Job summary

REM Community Services, a Sevita family division in Minnesota, seeks compassionate caregivers for overnight shifts. You’ll assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with developmental needs, helping them pursue health and life goals.

Compensation includes awake pay at $19.51/hour and asleep pay at $11.41/hour, with a rotating 7-on/7-off overnight schedule from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Join a mission-driven team delivering meaningful care.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and support those with complex needs.
• Help participants pursue personal goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Support community participation and daily activities.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and reliable support.
