Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring a caregiver for an overnight shift in Minnesota. The role offers full-time hours with a schedule of seven days on and seven days off from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pay is $21.50 per hour plus full benefits.

You will assist individuals with personal care, support developmental goals, and help participants stay engaged in community activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build real relationships and help participants engage in community activities.
• Maintain safety and follow care plans during overnight shifts.
• Document care and communicate with supervisors as needed.
