We are seeking Awake Overnight Direct Support Staff to stay alert, provide hands-on support, and help residents feel safe and respected through the night. The role starts at $18.50/hour and runs Thursday through Saturday from 11 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with the population preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remain alert overnight.

Responsibilities

• Remain awake, alert, and responsive throughout the overnight shift.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Assist with morning routines and transportation to day programs as needed.
• Support household cleaning and maintenance tasks and document observations.
• Provide physical intervention in crisis situations when necessary.
