Advocates is seeking an Awake Overnight Direct Support Staff to provide hands-on overnight care in a residential setting in Massachusetts. You will stay awake, support health and safety, assist with morning routines, and transport individuals to day programs as needed.
The role requires a high school diploma, good communication, and the ability to work independently overnight. Prior experience with the population is preferred, and CPR/First Aid certifications are maintained as required.
Starting Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Sunday Through Wednesday 11pm-9am.
As an Awake Overnight Direct Support Staff, you play a critical role in ensuring individuals are supported, secure, and cared for during the quietest hours. This is an active overnight residential position for someone who is attentive, reliable, and motivated by making a meaningful difference -providing hands-on support, staying alert, and helping individuals feel safe, respected, and ready for the day ahead.
