Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in large-volume food service environments.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a food service setting.
• Fluent English (read/write/speak).
• Basic math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the dining services unit.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of staff.
• Schedule employees to meet production and service needs.
• Motivate staff to maintain high engagement and morale.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling protocols.
• Manage inventory and monitor usage of food and supplies; maintain records.
• Monitor food quality, sanitation, and patient/customer service standards.
• Communicate with customers, staff, and other departments; support service recovery as needed.
