Love & Loyalty Home Care in White Stone, VA is seeking an Overnight Dementia Caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one care during the night. You will support safety, comfort, and companionship while honoring the client's routines.

The ideal candidate has dementia care experience; CNA is preferred but not required. This role offers a consistent overnight schedule, in-home work, and the chance to make a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for individuals with dementia (required).

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate one-on-one care in the client's home.
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitoring the client's safety and well-being during the overnight shift.
• Offering reassurance and emotional support during moments of confusion or anxiety.
• Redirecting and responding calmly to dementia-related behaviors.
• Assisting with transfers and ambulation as needed.
• Maintaining a peaceful, comforting environment to encourage rest.
• Providing companionship and engaging in simple, meaningful conversations or activities.
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition to the care team.
• Following the client's personalized care plan while respecting their dignity and independence.

Overnight Dementia Caregiver Needed – White Stone, VA

Love & Loyalty Home Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Overnight Dementia Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in White Stone, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference while providing comfort, safety, and companionship during the overnight hours.

Schedule

Weekends are a MUST and flexible to work any shift.

8am to 4pm

4pm to 10pm

10pm 8am

What You'll Be Doing

As an Overnight Dementia Caregiver, you'll play an important role in helping our client remain safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate one-on-one care in the client's home

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
