Overnight Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10pm-6am

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones courteously using provided scripts
• Greet members, assist with sign-ups, tours, and log amenities
• Respond promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases via point of sale system
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to members and new clients
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment
