Job Summary

The Overnight Custodian / Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all facility areas to ensure a positive member experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
• Stock locker rooms with supplies and paper products.
• Properly dispose of trash and maintain trash cans.
• Clean high areas such as ceiling fans, TVs, and rafters.
• Report broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
• Follow Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost property promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Custodial experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Diplomatic in all interactions, using appropriate language and behavior.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking continuously during shift.
• Occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
• Handle toxic chemicals safely.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Move into various positions such as bending, climbing, and crouching.
