Job Summary

The Overnight Custodian / Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and the gym floor.
• Stock locker rooms with supplies and paper products.
• Properly dispose of trash and maintain trash cans.
• Clean high areas such as ceiling fans, TVs, and rafters.
• Report broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
• Follow the "Lost and Found Policy" and return lost member property promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Custodial experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Diplomatic communication and appropriate behavior.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk continually during shifts.
• Occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
• Handle exposure to toxic chemicals.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Move and position self in various ways to perform duties.
