Job summary

Bay Area Community Services is seeking a crisis stabilization clinician for Amber House CSU/CRT, with overnight shifts and supervision toward licensure. The clinician will deliver individual, group, and family counseling, assess risk, and coordinate care for adults in crisis within a 10-bed CSU and a 14-bed CRT program.

The role requires MSW/MFT/MPCC credentials, BBS registration pathway, and strong documentation skills; a California driver’s license is required for local travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Current BBS registration/License pathway (ASW Associate or LMFT).
• California driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a full continuum of services (individual, family, group counseling).
• Utilize Evidence-Based Practices for the target population.
• Assess risk status and intervene accordingly.
• Create client-centered service plans and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate care planning and brokerage to support wellness and recovery.
• Maintain accurate data and charting per policies and regulations.
