Job summary

OceanView at Falmouth is seeking a compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our Legacy Memory Care team on a part-time, overnight basis in Maine. The CRMA will provide high-quality personal care and medication administration while promoting resident safety and well-being.

Requirements include a minimum of one year of direct care experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a 40-hour CRMA certification with CPR. CNA or PSS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of similar experience providing direct care in a comparable setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to State and Federal regulations, physician orders, and resident condition
• Monitor residents’ responses to medications and report adverse effects to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager
• Document medication administration per company policy
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in individual care plans
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs
• Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition or safety concerns
• Complete all shift assignments and required documentation
• Communicate effectively during shift changes to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to all company rules, safety protocols, policies, and procedures
• Promote a positive, collaborative team environment
