Job summary

Coleman Health Services in Ravenna, OH seeks a Crisis Specialist to assist in client engagement and obtaining needed treatment, including emergency intakes. The role is a 3rd shift with 4 ten-hour shifts from 10pm to 8am and rotating weekends.

You will support licensed staff with referrals to psychiatric hospitalization and linkage to community resources. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, FSA, wellness reimbursement, PTO, a $2,000 referral bonus, and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Experience working in behavioral health, crisis experience preferred.
• Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers.

Responsibilities

• Answer crisis hotline calls and assess needs quickly.
• Determine needed clinical services, urgency, and scheduling with providers.
• Provide supportive and/or basic crisis intervention in person and via phone.
