Job summary

Columbia Community Mental Health (CCMH) is seeking a Counselor I for the Integrated Community Support Specialties, primarily serving adults, children and families at the Crisis Receiving Center. The role supports crisis stabilization with night-shift hours and does require QMHA certification or MHACBO registration in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• QMHA certification or MHACBO registration is required for Oregon QMHA positions.
• Experience working cooperatively in a team setting preferred, with at least two years in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents and families as assigned by supervisor.
• Work within an integrated care team across programs such as ACT, Crisis, Intensive Services, Outpatient, Jail Diversion, Wrap, Residential or Detox.
• Complete required documentation and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
