Albertsons Companies Inc. in Rockland, ME is seeking a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief to lead a dedicated group of clerks and keep the store running smoothly through the night.

You will supervise stocking, unload trucks, train new members, and ensure policies are followed to maintain a safe, well-organized shopping environment. Ideal candidates have supervisory retail experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work overnight shifts and lift heavy items.

You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
