Job summary

Shaw’s and Star Market in New Hampshire is seeking a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief to lead a dedicated team of clerks during the night shift. You will supervise stocking, unload trucks, and ensure shelves and store conditions meet standards.

You will train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure policy compliance, with emphasis on safety and customer service. Overnight shifts require leadership, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in retail or grocery is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work overnight shifts is required.
• Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you!
