Dan’s Management Co. is hiring Crew Members for Dunkin’ Donuts locations across Rhode Island. You will deliver friendly guest service, prepare food and beverages to standard, and work within a fast-paced team environment.

We offer a starting wage of $16 per hour with tips potentially bringing earnings to $20+ per hour. This role typically averages around 30 hours weekly and includes opportunities for growth, with full-time benefits available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service

Crew Members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return.
