Dan’s Management Co. hosts Crew Members for Dunkin' Donuts locations across Rhode Island. You will deliver fast, friendly service and prepare beverages and food in a team-driven, fast-paced setting.

We offer a starting wage of $16 per hour with tips potentially reaching $17.50+ per hour, along with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within a company committed to its guests and employees.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests while providing excellent customer service.
• Anticipate and understand guest needs and strive to exceed expectations.
• Operate coffee, sandwich, and other equipment.
• Process POS transactions: enter orders and collect payment accurately.
• Maintain clean workstations and guest areas.
• Follow directions and work well with others respectfully.

Crew Members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return.
