Dan’s Management Co. is seeking friendly Crew Members to join our Dunkin franchise in Rhode Island. You’ll greet guests, prepare food and beverages, and operate coffee, sandwich, and other equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with tips potentially pushing to $20+ per hour. We offer flexible scheduling, free coffee and donuts, an employee meal during shift, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and management training.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service.
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations.
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment.
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy.
• Maintains clean workstations and guest areas.

Crew Members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return.
