Job summary

Pathways, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Counselor in Canandaigua, NY to provide safe, therapeutic supervision for youth in OMH residences. This full-time role offers competitive hourly wages with an overnight differential and opportunities for growth.

This position is responsible for assuring that program youth are adequately supervised and cared for in a safe and therapeutic manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement is a high school diploma and experience with children and/or adolescents with serious emotional disturbances. An Associates degree is preferred.
• Must meet the requirements of the School Age Care, Day Care, and/or Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse/maltreatment of children and Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
• Requires a valid drivers’ license that meets insurability guidelines to operate agency owned vehicles.
