Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a compassionate Cottage Nurse (RN or LPN) for Hillcrest Country Estates Cottages in Papillion, NE. This nurse will provide direct nursing care and act as a clinical leader for the cottage team, coordinating care and monitoring residents’ wellbeing. The role emphasizes patient‑centered care, documentation, and collaboration with physicians.

It offers a full‑time overnight schedule from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Nebraska or compact‑state RN or LPN license.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• At least one year of nursing experience in long‑term care or similar setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality nursing and clinical care to support residents’ physical and mental wellbeing.
• Monitor changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications accurately and with privacy.
• Assist with admission assessments and care planning.
• Support fall prevention and skin‑care standards.
• Train and mentor Elder Assistants on medications and activities of daily living.
