Qualifications

• Previous hotel, luxury or Forbes experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set assigned stations with required prep for timely output.
• Maintain kitchen safety and Texas sanitation compliance.

• Keep workstation clean and stocked for next shift.
• Properly store food at proper temps and manage inventories.
