Job summary

LE0024 Transforming Age Associates, LLC is hiring a Concierge (On-Call Overnight) for their Seattle location. The role offers $23 per hour and requires a high school diploma, with previous concierge experience preferred. Responsibilities include monitoring security systems, handling emergency responses, and maintaining communication with security staff.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Reader.
• Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitors security camera and Silvertrac system.
• Monitors emergency response system and file alarm panel.
• Responds to safety and security risks promptly.
• Operates a multi-line telephone system.
• Maintains regular contact with overnight valet and security.
• Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
