Sollis Health in New York is seeking a physician to provide concierge emergency medical care in our clinics. The role supports both adult and pediatric patients and handles cases typically treated in an ER, across overnight shifts.

The overnight schedule is 7p–7a, three shifts per week, with responsibilities including evaluation, procedures, and coordination with a clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University.
• Physician state license and ability to practice in the state of New York.
• Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency and emergency medicine board certification required.
• 2+ years experience as a physician in the emergency department and/or urgent care center after your residency required.
• DEA license required.

Responsabilités

• Performing medical evaluations and formulatings differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine.
• Performing medical procedures including IV access, phlebotomy, IV medications and IV fluids, and EKGs.
• Leading the medical management of patients with a team of PAs, nurses, and technicians.
• Assessing and treating Covid-related cases including testing and symptom management.
• Documenting clinical evaluation and treatment in Athena Health EHR.
• Coordinate care with After Care, house calls teams or Medical Partners.
• Provide patient-centered empathetic communication at all times.
• Contribute to team by completing related operational projects.
