Sollis Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide concierge emergency and urgent care to adult and pediatric patients in our Manhattan clinics, under supervision of a physician or advanced practice provider. This full-time role offers 32-36 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.

Aufgaben

• Obtain medical history, vital signs, intake, and prioritize patient care.
• Perform procedures: IV access, phlebotomy, vaccines, POC tests, IV meds/fluids, EKGs.
• Document patient information in EHR and Salesforce for membership team.
• Maintain medication inventory and coordinate aftercare/house calls.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure policy adherence and quality care.
• Provide patient-centered communication and comfort.
• Participate in house calls if requested.
• Perform related duties as requested.
