Job summary

The Waterford on Huebner, a Sonida Senior Living community in San Antonio, is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome visitors and answer calls, providing information about our community.

You will be the first point of contact for residents and families, coordinate mail and deliveries, and support basic administrative tasks while delivering exceptional customer service in a compassionate senior living setting.

Receptionist Responsibilities include:

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
